1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website elvarenti.com and the services offered by Elvarenti Inc, including the Vexlyn Convert document conversion service available at fetchany.net (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Services.

3. The Services

Vexlyn Convert converts documents that you upload or provide — such as PDF, Word, Excel, presentation, and image files — into structured output formats such as Markdown, JSON, DOCX, HTML, and LaTeX. Processing is performed server-side and is subject to documented limits on file size and usage credits.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits or use paid features of the Services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

The Services may be used only for lawful purposes. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to process the documents you submit. You own the documents, or you have obtained the permission of the rights holder to process them and to use the resulting output.
• You only process content that is publicly accessible, where applicable. You will not use the Services to access or process content that is behind a login, a paywall, digital rights management, or any other technical or contractual access restriction, and you will not use the Services in any manner that violates the terms of service of a third-party platform.
• You are responsible for how you use the Services and any output. Your use of the Services and of any output produced from them must comply with applicable law and the rights of third parties.

You must not use the Services to:

• process, store, or distribute content that is illegal or infringes the rights of any third party, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
• process personal data of minors, or special categories of personal data, without a valid legal basis;
• build or maintain datasets assembled in violation of a third-party platform’s terms of service or applicable law;
• transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
• harass, defame, stalk, surveil, or otherwise harm any individual;
• circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Your content

You retain all rights in the documents you process. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process documents solely as necessary to provide the Services. We claim no ownership of your input documents or of the output generated for you.

7. Payments, credits & refunds

Paid features are offered on a prepaid, one-time credit basis. Credits do not expire and are not a subscription. If a document cannot be parsed, the credits used for that attempt are refunded automatically. Except as stated in this section or as required by law, purchases of credits are final. We may withhold refunds in cases of fraud or abuse of the refund mechanism.

8. Privacy & data handling

The Services do not require user accounts, and we do not sell personal data. Documents are processed to produce the requested output and handled according to our Privacy Policy. Do not upload documents containing personal data unless you have a valid legal basis for processing it.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that conversion output will be complete or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elvarenti Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elvarenti Inc, its officers, and its agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. If your access is terminated for breach, credits are not refunded, except as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
